  Create Fabric pattern in simple way  
   
     
     
     
   
     
   
   
     

1. open a new document in Adobe Photoshop.
2. type your letter.
3. apply Filter>Stylize>Wind from the right Direction.
4. Now rotate canvas 3 times 90º Clockwise and apply same filter from every side. Image>Rotate Canvas>90º CW then apply Filter>Stylize>Wind
4. It should be look like this.
5. Go to Image>Adjust>Invert or apply Ctrl+i
6. Now Double click on the text layer for layer style and apply Stroke as you require. then merge that with a blank new layer so that you can apply filter.
7. Go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges and set the amounts as picture bellow.
8. Now again apply Layer Style. Select Color Overlay and set blend mode. For shadow you can apply Drop Shadow.
