  Create Fabric pattern in simple way  
   
     
     
     
   
     
   
   
     

1. open a new document in Adobe Photoshop and fill foreground color as you like. Go to Filter>Sketch> Halftone Pattern and set amounts: Size-4, Contrast-13 and Pattern type-Dot. (See the picture bellow)
2. Now Again go to Filter>Sketch> Halftone Pattern. Apply halftone Pattern and set amounts. (See the picture bellow) remember: you have to apply Halftone pattern twice to create this pattern type.
3. then go to Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap. See the picture bellow to set amounts.
4. Go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges and set amounts.
5.If you want to change color, you can apply color balance to change the pattern color.
6.Now finally Fabric pattern is ready. enjoy
